Welcome to Blank Space Content Studio. By booking our studio, using our services, or accessing our space at 2C, 113-115 Portland Street, Manchester, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
The Studio is a self-service space. You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of any guests you bring.
You must use all equipment (e.g. lighting, podcast gear, furniture) safely and respectfully.
No modifications or tampering with equipment is allowed. Report any faults immediately.
The Studio is located in a shared office building. Please keep noise to a reasonable level.
Excessive noise, disruptive behaviour, or breach of building rules may result in your session being ended without refund and may affect future booking rights.
Access instructions will be sent ahead of your booking.
Please arrive and leave on time. Overtime may incur extra charges.
Before leaving, you must:
Switch off all lights, equipment, and the coffee machine
Return furniture to original positions
Close all windows
Remove all rubbish to bins provided
Lock the studio securely
Return any keys and fobs provided
Failure to follow these steps may result in additional charges.
Cancellations:
48+ hours notice: Full refund
24–48 hours notice: 50% refund
Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund
If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
You are responsible for any damage caused by you or your guests.
A refundable damage deposit may be required. Deductions will only be made in case of:
Damage to the space or equipment
Excess cleaning required
Breach of policies (e.g. noise, overstaying)
Deposit refunds are processed within 48 hours.
By booking and using the Studio, you agree to waive all claims against Blank Space Content Ltd, its owners, employees, and agents for any personal injury, damage, loss, or theft that may occur during your time in the space. Use is at your own risk.
No smoking or vaping in the building.
Pets are not allowed in the studio at anytime.
Food and drink are allowed; please keep the space clean.
Any spills, stains, or damage may incur cleaning charges.
Only engage in activities you are medically fit and able to perform.Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.You must comply with all safety and studio policies provided.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
